The Renewal Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the renewal forecasting and business planning process, driving go-to-market execution, and accelerating usage of new technologies, techniques, & processes to better the organization. An ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of being resourceful, a self-starter, and have a passion for innovation and change.
The Renewal Sales Operations Specialist will be joining the North America Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations group is relied on by the PTC Sales organization as a first line of contact for sales support, analytics, and territory analysis. Our overall objective as part of the Sales Operations organization is to increase sales productivity, accelerate deal velocity, and enable our sales team to continue providing value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly renewal forecast reporting, analysis, and insights
- Partner with Americas Sales Leadership to deliver useful insights on performance which guides and informs future decision making
- Assist in the quarter-close process
- Track deals to provide visibility for others in the organization (Order Management, Finance, Segments) of forecasted results
- Engage and work with Global Operations teams and segments to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results
- Ensure Territory Alignment is correct in SFDC and GTM alignment is correct and clearly communicated
- Participate in Inspection and Data Cleanup in SFDC, to ensure accuracy for other reporting functions
Required Skills:
- Analytically minded individual with demonstrated excellence (professional or academic) presenting qualitative and quantitative analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to effectively deal with and work through ambiguity
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience working in Sales Operations at a high growth software company
- Experience using Salesforce.com for sales reporting and analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Prior experience with Qlik, Clari, and Oracle Analytics preferred
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Management)
