This role works closely with Account Executives, Retention Executives, and Managing Directors to win and retain our largest corporate, TEM (Tax Exempt Markets) and Emerging Products in support of WI sales and client retention goals. As a Sales Product Consultant (SPC), you are responsible for project managing all aspects of the sales process from initial capabilities through proposals, prospect meetings and contract handoffs. SPC’s help drive the strategy to position Fidelity’s products and services by assessing plan sponsor needs.
This role relies heavily on your knowledge of Fidelity’s products and services and utilizing your network and relationship building skills to collaborate and work across multiple internal business partners and SMEs.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$144,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
