Job Description
Considering candidates local to NYC.
As the Account Executive, you are an important part of daily internal and client communication as it relates to information about creative assets and overall project status and process. Reporting to the Director of Client Leadership, you will become a trusted partner to both the internal team and external clients as follows:
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to creative teams, ensuring that creative output aligns with client objectives and performance metrics.
- Review creative deliverables, checking for quality, brand consistency, and performance optimization opportunities.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of creative assets across various digital platforms (social, display, video, etc.).
- Partner with media and strategy to understand and report on key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversions, ROI).
- Support the identification of opportunities for creative optimization based on data insights and testing results.
- Manage projects independently
Qualifications
- 2+ years account management experience
- 1+ years creative agency experience
- Experience balancing multiple projects and resolving routine issues along the way
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (social, display, video) and how creative assets perform across these platforms.
Preferred:
- Experience with performance marketing, data analysis, and optimizing creative for performance.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google,, etc.) and the role of creative assets in ad performance.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
