As an Enterprise SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by acquiring and developing strategic enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their objectives. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and exceptional communication skills.
You'll get paid commissions of $350-700 for every meeting you set with a sales qualified lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients within designated markets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand within enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Understand the unique business challenges and goals of each client and propose solutions that address their needs. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer success) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to strategically position of client's offerings. Provide feedback to the product team on market needs and emerging trends.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, such as pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in sales development, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Prior experience leveraging advanced sales development tools such as power/parallel dialers, prospecting databases, CRMs, and sequencing tools.
- Passion for sales as a craft, with a desire to always be learning and improving your craft.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, technology or relevant sector is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the enterprise market.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and solutions.
