We're seeking a motivated, driven, and passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The main objective of this role is to successfully book demo calls, paving the way for an expansion of our client base.
Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be instrumental in our sales growth, tasked with identifying, contacting, and qualifying leads that create sales-ready opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage, educate, qualify, and develop outbound leads to create demo calls and sales-ready meetings.
- Connect with prospects via email and LinkedIn to ascertain potential interest in our product.
- Articulate Altooro's value proposition to prospects in relation to their specific business needs and challenges.
- Consistently meet (or exceed) weekly and quarterly quotas of calls, demo bookings, and qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably as an SDR or BDR.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong understanding of the sales process.
