Purpose
To manage development of holistic advertising and marketing experiences from conception to completion, and to serve as the central source of communication to all team members, including day-to-day client counterparts.
Responsibilities
Mastery of the Basics
Become and remain knowledgeable about assigned clients' business including marketing/communication objectives, KPIs, category, competition, etc.
- Own meeting logistics and requirement for all client meetings.
- Hold well run meetings – start on time, have proper materials available and ensure proper written follow-up.
- Be knowledgeable and manage details of all assigned client projects.
- Ensure clients are proactively and consistently up-to-date on all projects.
- Track hours/scope and distribute hours reports.
- Responsible for accurate and timely budget tracking.
- Responsible for the coordination and creation of presentation materials with appropriate team members, including deck builds and reporting deck builds.
- Maintain and archive detailed records of the life of a project on agency server.
Students of Our Business and Our Clients' Business
- Work closely with Supervisor to understand our clients' business (marketing/communication objectives, KPIs, category, competition, etc.) and show increasing abilities to have a grasp of the issues and opportunities our clients face. With experience, begin to demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Work closely with project manager, creative, strategy, digital and media groups to keep them informed of any changes in client and/or competitive climate.
- Work with senior account management staff in preparation of client plans and recommendations.
- Participate as required with new business.
Stewardship of Our Process
- Determine if work is in scope/out of scope, work with Resource planning for hours estimation.
- Maintain client status reports of all projects (job number, deliverables, status, next steps and key dates, hours).
- Distribute Client Brief internally (objectives, timing and budgetary ballparks).
- Work with account team leadership in developing project scope.
- Work with Account Leadership and other department heads to define time estimates for Project.
- Enter estimates into Webvantage.
- Be informed of the internal project schedule to set accurate expectations with client and partner agencies.
- Work with Account Team leadership to facilitate briefing of partner agencies.
- Work closely with Project Manager as needed to align on the schedule and status of all projects.
- Facilitate client reviews and sign off; document feedback, next steps and share (conference report) with internal team and client.
- Identify the next steps (tasks, responsibilities and timing) for creative/brief based on client review.

Experience
1-5 years of agency experience
