Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be a key player on the B2B (medium business) sales team accountable for prospecting new business relationships and growing existing strategic accounts. As a seasoned technology sales professional, you will be responsible for selling the value of Bell’s suite of wireless, wireline and IoT products, and translating your clients’ strategic priorities into high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan for growing revenues in an assigned geographical region;
- Own the entire customer lifecycle and sales cycle – from acquisition to retention and win-back strategies;
- Act as the trusted advisor and customer advocate for prospective and existing strategic accounts;
- Articulate Bell’s value propositions and competitive differentiators to internal and external key decision makers;
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Bell’s suite of wireless, wireline, and IoT products to existing strategic accounts;
- Develop strong relationships with strategic account stakeholders to strengthen customer loyalty, reduce churn, and improve revenue;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enter customer orders, deliver hardware to customers and conduct customer onboarding training as required
Critical Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar B2B sales role;
- Skilled in consultative and/or value-based selling techniques;
- Instinctively comfortable with prospecting new business through research, networking, and cold calling or emailing;
- Experience managing sales funnels and pipelines using Salesforce;
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel;
- Previous telecom sales experience is considered an asset
