We are looking for a Sales Account Executive in Tampa, FL, to partner with client groups/companies across the United States, drive high quality pipeline that matches ambitious delivery roadmaps, and focus on ensuring an excellent hiring manager & candidate experience. What You Will Do
· Manage IT staffing business development and the full cycle recruiting process with a laser focus on improving client and candidate experience
· Partner with client hiring managers to identify key requirements for each role and translate requirements effectively to Patriot recruiting team
· Develop a client pipeline utilizing diverse, consultative and strategic selling methods including tactical research, referral generation, and cold calls
· Maintain data reports and performance metrics to share with client hiring teams on a regular basis
· Drive offer process, including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates
· Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Patriot Talent Solutions and our sales team
Skills We're Stoked About
· 3+ years of sales experience and/or recruiting with a search firm or in-house recruiting team; prior technical recruiting experience is a major plus
· Passionate about business development/sales and adding value to clients, prospects, technical professionals and Patriot team members
· Ability to speak to the Information Technology Industry and IT Talent Acquisition
· Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
· Experience partnering with IT hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
· Interest in contributing to Patriot’s mission and goals
