The Client Sales Representative creates a long-term and trusting relationship with our international clients. The CSR’s role is to oversee the accounts of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and strengthening client relations by providing high quality service.
Responsibilities: - Assess and understand the needs of our clients to be able to make recommendations for educational products and services
- Achieve sales and client renewal targets set by management
- Answer inbound customer calls (approximately 15) per day and outbound customer calls (60-80) per day
- Understand the products and services offered
- Assist in client service and build strong relations with our students and families
- Manage client records to ensure proper follow-up
- Communicate effectively with internal team and external customers
- Attend 1 week paid training facilitated remotely and live via Zoom
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Bachelor level degree in any major is preferred
- Solid experience with CRM software
- Passion for being part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference for our clients
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), including 2 evenings each week and full shifts every other weekend
- Education, teaching, or tutoring experience is preferred, but not required
- Account management, client relations, and business development experience is a plus
- High empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand families' educational needs and make product/service recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Conflict management skills and the ability to use high-level judgement when managing student behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Flexible schedules, but with strong preference and expectation for some evenings and weekends
