Looking for a " Hi-Tech-Sales Director" for our leading Global IT Service Provider, based out of the US- Bay area with a minimum of 12-15 years of selling to "Hi-tech clients"
How you’ll contribute (Key Responsibility Areas): Part of the seed leadership team for the CPS segment.
- Expand on and ensure long-term relationships and success with one or more major Hi-Tech clients by leveraging existing MSA’s and current work with the client.
- This leader is responsible to: Grow the revenue of the account and exceeding targets
- Create the team's strategic and tactical plan for the Operating plan to drive growth over the next 3 years.
- Drive strategic relationship agenda that advances client’s strategic priorities
- Expand the Portfolio across the Client by penetrating different BUs
- Develop and expand senior relationships across the various business units • Lead direct and indirect teams responsible for commercial and operational success

- Cross-functional Expertise - Experience in driving cross-functional teams. Strong partnerships across internal teams are required to execute the wants and needs of the client.
- Communication - Strong and clear communicator at all levels and functions. Ability to distill complexities to the client and senior management, as well as synthesize issues, and recommendations
- In-depth financial understanding including the ability to forecast revenue
