We built a framework that allows any company, from any industry, to train complete Deep Learning and Machine Learning models directly on their own edge devices - we allow for maximal accuracy, without the need to transfer any data to the cloud.
Edgify is seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B clients in the grocery retail industry, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of grocery retail clients and be responsible for their success and satisfaction with our solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for Edgify’s solutions and expertise
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, and develop strategies and processes to help them achieve their desired outcomes
- Focus on client satisfaction and cultivate future projects to qualify new opportunities.frequent interaction with our development and senior management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure client success and satisfaction
- Drive customer retention and expansion by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or technology industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- A deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and experience with upselling and cross-selling
- Must live and breathe startups with broad responsibilities, crazy busy, dynamic environment, lots of changes and lots of fun.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
