Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Sales Territory / Account Manager, responsible for maintaining and developing Sales of Nuance Clinical Documentation & Speech Recognition portfolio.
Key Activities
To drive the relationship between Nuance and our clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new product sales to our Healthcare market. We are seeking an established sales professional to initiate new business, demo our solutions, build business cases with customers, sell the Nuance value proposition and close strategic opportunities.
- Organizing sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting Nuance products
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate SFDC records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and quoting partners and clients
- Aiming to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Achieving Sales Targets for the Nuance Healthcare Product set.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and prospects in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Developing new opportunities resulting from executive meetings with potential customers and facilitating the process to identify improvements in clinical outcomes and return on investment
- Negotiating the terms of agreements to contractual closure
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Understanding the competitive environment and positioning our solutions effectively.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree level
Minimum Years Of Experience
- 5+ years Sales Experience in Healthcare (desirable)
- Solution Sales Experience selling healthcare IT solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in value-based solution selling.
- Proven sales record to healthcare sector. (Software/solutions)
- Proven executive level network inside acute hospitals.
- Ability to discuss technical requirements and to understand clinical requirements.
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
Preferred Skills
- An understanding of clinical workflows and clinical documentation.
- Experience in managing a complex sales process, selling to multiple personas and engaging clinicians.
- Experience in the Acute sector preferable.
- Clinical background an advantage.
