Job Summary :
The Director of Sales will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring new business and expanding existing client relationships, as well as personally achieving direct sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in selling full stack and AI services to startups and enterprises.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve team and individual revenue and growth targets in the full stack and AI services market.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and professional development opportunities to ensure success.
- Personally engage in direct sales activities to achieve individual sales targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Identify and target key decision-makers in startups and enterprises, cultivating strong relationships to drive business development
- Leverage industry insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to position Codvo.ai as a trusted partner for AI and full stack services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track and report on team and individual sales activities and progress.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Codvo.ai and generate new business leads.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team for implementation and ongoing support.
