In the Account Manager role, you will own the overall success of our customers from the moment they come on board. We are looking for someone who thrives solving problems with limited oversight and drives clarity in a high-growth, ambiguous environment. Ideal candidates will possess first-class communication and relationship-building skills, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
In this job you will:
- Build great relationships with each of your accounts – you are responsible for their overall success on our platform
- Train new customers and new users to help them better understand features and platform offerings
- Perform onboarding tasks for new customers
- Drive product adoption and utilization
- Manage, negotiate and close renewal contracts
- Communicate expansion opportunities with sales team
- Provide customer feedback to the software engineering team including, but not limited to, issues, user feedback, and enhancement requests
- Build a repository of referenceable customers
