The Account Executive will play a critical role in accelerating enterprise deals.
You should have experience working in a startup environment with a sales team of fewer than 25 people and be able to build pipeline, qualify deals, and close enterprise deals of $25K - $50K within 6 months, handing them off to Account Management/Customer Success.
You thrive in an unstructured environment and are comfortable working remotely but understand the importance of meeting with the executive management and founders at least once a week to collaborate and strengthen your understanding of the product and strategy. You appreciate feedback and are looking to grow within a company towards management/leadership.
In this role, you will establish yourself as a consultative business partner to our clients by exhibiting high emotional intelligence and integrity at all times. You will lead one of our largest portfolios, drive new business, and close opportunities by understanding our clients’ needs and developing the right solutions from our product suite.
Your goal as an Account Executive is to meet and exceed goals consistently, with the eventual target of being promoted to a Sales Manager leading a team within 24 months.
From day one, we expect you to have:
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative
- 2+ years of sales experience in the Tech space, closing SaaS solutions with an average deal size of $50k+
- A track-record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions into net new accounts, demonstrated by quota achievements and self-sourcing your own business
- The ability and comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers
- Experience with solution selling and the ability to manage a complex sales process by possessing excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills
- Excellent executive level verbal and written communication skills
