Job Title – Solutions Engineer (Key Accounts Support)
Purpose –
Gathering & distilling client technical requirements
- Architecting & proposing solutions to achieve project objectives
- Engaging & managing SME (small to medium enterprise) and large enterprise projects
- Coordinating & communicating project deliverables with relevant stakeholders
- Refining & motivating for feature requests and/or customizations (hardware/firmware/software)
- Building & maintaining customer service relationships

EDUCATION: Engineering Degree or equivalent
TRAINING: Project Management Domain product knowledge & exposure ongoing (3 months in support) Client introduction and engagement / handover
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years in project management / consulting roles or similar
- 1+ years supervisory / team lead role
- 1 + years in a field application engineering role
Responsbilities
Ensuring client success through relationship growth, project success leading to sales growth
- Engaging with client to accurately articulate requirements
- Managing stakeholder expectations
- Propositioning optimal solutions that are feasible and meet all project deliverables
- Time management of project milestones and completion
- Maintaining accurate insight into delivery of planned solutions
- Periodic clients follow ups
- Brand management
- Driving / assigning knowledge base contributions relating to project output
- Attend Firmware/Hardware (weekly); Software (weekly) & Sales (Monthly Exco)
AUTHORITIES: Utilizing and / or tasking stakeholders i.e., sales, support, production, embedded engineering / special projects & software Designing and proposing draft solutions for internal review Communicating approved solutions to client Recognizing, distilling, and pitching product additions / functional enhancements Maintaining client relationships
