ServiceCore is looking for a Customer Success Manager: Payments (CSM) to join the ServiceCorePay team. The CSM is ultimately responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of ServiceCore customers, beginning at onboarding hand off, extending through renewal and expansions, leading narrative creation & product adoption for customers. Through CSM partnerships, customers derive maximum value, leading to success,retention and expansion. The CSM role is cross functional, including collaborations with sales, product management, and revenue operations.
As a CSM at ServiceCore, you’ll manage a portfolio of our enterprise and emerging customers to support growth targets.
What part will you play?
- Lead the post-sales engagement, retention, and expansion of your customers driving overall account health and payment revenue growth.
- Educate customers on industry best practices based on experience from our over 500 customers and our market leading benchmark report
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations and competitive products in order to strategically identify and target sales and growth opportunities.
- Supports the client by acting as the voice of the customer and identifying product support and development needs. Champions the client's needs and leads communications internally and ensures client needs are prioritized.
- Work closely with the ancillary products team to educate customers about the benefits of new releases, and allow for smooth introductions into the sales process
- Monitor and uncover additional revenue opportunities within your portfolio - additional wallet share, related businesses or seat expansions.
Experience and skills
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role responsible for revenue achievements in sales, customer success, relationship management or account management
- Experience in Payments or Fintech is a big plus
- Proven track record of achievement revenue and growth targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven curiosity with analytical skills, project management and creative problem-solving
- A self-starter who enjoys working with data and people in equal measure
- Ability to align client needs with available solutions and products
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and have a positive impact

Compensation:
On-target earnings (OTE) of $85K-$95K (base plus variable compensation based on NRR targets) in Denver and most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

ServiceCore’s office is located just outside of Denver, in Lakewood. Conveniently located between Denver to the east and Golden and the mountains to the west.
