Keepit is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in Dallas, US.

This requires a solid strategic, commercial mindset and a profound ability to drive sales to our existing customers and partners.
As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for growing our existing customers by reselling, upselling, and cross-selling to create growth and ensure top service and value for our customers.
Building and nurturing solid and trusting relations is one of the keys to ensuring long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with our customers, key stakeholders, and executive sponsors. As Customer Success Manager, you will have ownership of your portfolio of customers, nurturing customer relations and ensuring that the full potential of the Keepit platform is being realized among our existing and future customers and partners.
Central tasks as Customer Success Manager with Keepit will include:
- Function as a trusted advisor for the customer by advising, assisting, and guiding customers to achieve their desired business outcomes.
- Managing your customer portfolio by creating and executing customer-account plans and strategic goals,
- Taking ownership of the customer sales cycles (reselling, upselling, and cross-selling).
- Managing and continuously cultivating our partner’s growth rate.
- Effectively represent Keepit within a customer’s environment and drive discussions with IT stakeholders.
- Craft and execute plans to drive customer adoption and use of Keepit.
- Understand customers' IT requirements and develop use and business cases.
As Customer Success Manager, you will be a part of our Customer Success team led by our Director of Customer Success, Casper Vesterlyng. This is a hybrid role, and we welcome you to come work from our brand new (and very attractive) office in Uptown, Dallas. 1. Customer Success: To facilitate effective customer relations, we must understand how our customers work and how SaaS backup fits their business. Having a good understanding of how IT resellers operate and understanding the dynamics in partner success relations in association with large enterprise clients will be essential in this role.
2. Farming: We are growing fast as a company, and we already have an extensive network of existing customers and partners. Being able to activate our existing partners and reduce churn plays a critical role in our future success as a company. Having a great understanding of farming and how to resell, upsell, and cross-sell a SaaS product will be necessary to succeed in this role.
3. Business collaboration: Being a part of Keepit’s scale-up journey requires a team spirit mindset. The right candidate takes pride in knowledge sharing, securing constructive work relations, and sustainable collaborations with a wide range of stakeholders, from customers and partners to internal colleagues. This calls for the ability to balance expectations and negotiate successful resolutions through strong consulting and project management skills.
