Job Summary/Objective
The Enterprise Account Executive role is a hunter role, responsible for qualifying and closing major accounts - and to hit and exceed the sales targets. Our growing Company is in need of a dynamic and resourceful Enterprise Account Executive.
They will identify, secure, and maintain key accounts and also work closely with Customer Service, Product Management, Operations and other departments within KETOS customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for researching, identifying, and generating weekly new opportunities using incoming demand generation tools, cold mapping phone calls, social media platforms, and email.
- Building, qualifying, and managing an accurate and growing sales funnel using Salesforce.com as well as other tools. Compiles information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Assess the customers’ needs and pain points through effective discovery.
- Collaborate closely with other areas of the organization in the development of account strategies, and demand generation activities required in both geographical territories as well as target vertical markets.
- Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Monitors customer, market and competitor activity and provides feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience.
- Experience working in a start-up is strongly desired. Must have a proven record of success in a work environment where nothing comes easy and nothing works as planned.
- A positive attitude and professional behavior while advocating a team approach to the business.
- Experience building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and organization skills.
- Experience and successful track record within the Water Industry
- Ability to work effectively and meet objectives without day-to-day direction
- Able to travel as needed to meet prospective clients.
- Proficiency in use of business productive tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
