Citrix Services Account Executive As a Services Account Executive (“SAE”), you will act as the face of Citrix Professional Services to customers and Citrix Account teams. Your role will be to develop and manage direct and indirect selling activities for all Professional Services offerings within an assigned territory. You will partner with the Citrix Account teams, and customers to increase time to value on Citrix products, protect ARR and expand use cases through Professional Services. You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding assigned Professional Services bookings targets within an assigned geographical territory, typically selling to enterprise accounts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify new revenue generating Professional Services opportunities and programs by directly engaging customers, leveraging internal resources including Enterprise Architects, Technical Account Managers, Professional Services delivery, Account Executives
- Develop and maintain Professional Services account and territory plans within assigned territory
- Use a “medium-to-long range” planning horizon sales strategy, ensuring that day-to-day tasks are being carried out effectively, while anticipating and planning for long-term growth
- Collaborate with Account Executives to use Professional Services resources and services offerings in the most appropriate fashion to support large/strategic product sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to develop transformational and Professional Services programs to drive business outcomes for customers applying the Citrix products
- Manage and build Professional Services sales pipeline and accurately forecast quarterly bookings within CRM
- Write Statements of Work on behalf of Citrix Professional Services
- Develop and deliver Professional Services presentations at Executive Briefings, and client sites
- Schedule and conduct quarterly account reviews with Account Executives to identify Professional Services opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive professional services revenue growth and meet or exceed quota within assigned region
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- 4-5 years prior in consulting services sales experience in a high-tech environment in a direct/indirect procurement environment with a demonstrated record of accomplishments of success in driving customer adoption of technology
- Extensive account management experience, preferably with experience managing accounts in the Enterprise segment
- Citrix or equivalent product background with an understanding of developing compelling services offerings
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory and other locations including corporate headquarters
