Summary of Role
In this role, you will lead the team of Sales Representative Experience Managers to grow and retain our Sales Representative network, with a primary focus on driving projects through to completion. This is the launch of fee-based services for Sales Representatives to provide thorough, white-glove concierge services.
Strategic & Tactical
- Build, develop, and scale the team in line with business needs. Responsible for all hiring, coaching, and proactive performance management to ensure a high-performing team meeting SLAs.
- Serve as the external point of contact for new relationships and potential partnerships. Ability to brand and market the SX team to external parties and showcase the value of our white glove concierge team
- Effectively manage project escalations across the SX team
- Partner with the Customer Lead Directors to ensure alignment across key processes (such as change orders, and cancellations)
- Work closely with the SX Program Manager for SOP creation, training programs, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Product and other Customer Experience teams to standardize tools and systems as well as set the business vision for the product roadmap
- Oversee and approve billing and invoicing for the team’s work
Qualifications
- 8-12 years experience leading teams in a sales, operations, or customer experience role
- Track record of building high-performing teams with a strong culture
- Ability to empower team members to solve problems
- Experience developing success metrics and tracking team performance
- Proven ability to partner across different groups to achieve a common goal
- Ability to work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks
- Experience in the solar industry is preferred but not required
