We are looking to add a SaaS Account Manager to our Customer Success team. This role is responsible for working with our customers, starting immediately post-implementation, to monitor and grow their successful adoption of the Molecule software.
The ideal candidate for this mid-level position will be a highly driven self-starter with a strong customer orientation, detail-oriented and organized, with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. As a company, Molecule values a data-driven approach to doing what’s best for the customers and the business, so fluency with data analysis, independently or with additional technical support, is highly desired in this role.
Requirements
- Meet renewal and expansion revenue targets through individualized, data-driven account management of mid to large enterprise customers
- Understand Molecule product and market deeply
- Understand why customers use Molecule, how customers have modeled their business in Molecule, what features they use, and any workarounds they may be employing
- Ask great questions to understand customer needs and behaviors – then gather and analyze data to plan individualized account management strategies for each customer
- Be the face of Molecule, and a single point of contact for navigating Molecule
- Build confidence and trust in the Molecule product; increase customer loyalty
- Meet with customers regularly to uncover additional or emerging needs, share news of relevant feature roll outs, and monitor and drive adoption and satisfaction
- Deliver personalized training sessions to ensure the whole customer team uses the Molecule software to gain efficiency and insight
- Respond effectively to complaints or concerns, and proactively identify churn risks
- Manage and negotiate the renewal process, including pricing, feature requests, addressing concerns, and charting an individualized path for increasing value to the customer from using Molecule
- Manage customer requests, triage into Support or Project Management, and track to ensure they are completed and communicated back to customer
- Work with the support team to ensure a great and consistent customer experience
- Alongside other team members, advocate for customers’ needs in the Product planning process
- Expect to attend trade shows and customer meetings with travel around 10%
