As a Customer Account Executive, you'll fill a key role in growing our current customer base working expansion, upsell, and renewal deals.
Responsibilities
- Hunt and close expansion opportunities within our current account base.
- Run a proactive and effective renewal process for current customers.
- Demonstrate an ability to multithread and access C-level executives.
- Manage a book of business.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Develop and leverage client relationships to expand the usage of Gong within new teams and departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of closing experience.
- Experience up-selling, cross-selling and/or hunting net new business.
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
