We are looking to recruit a Account Development Manager to join the Civica Revenues & Benefits saas business To build long-term relationships with existing customers within the Local Government sector based around the UK and to create incremental sales by convincing customers to change.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to add value to the customer, keen to share relevant insights and knowledge so the customer wants to meet with you. You build deep trust based on understanding what the customer wants to achieve professionally and personally.
The successful candidate will have a background working within a account manager within the Software industry preferably selling into or managing accounts within the local government space . A knowledge of finance or accounting software (highly desirable) You will have excellent communication skills, and demonstrable experience in a relationship management position.
