Position: Account Manager (Customer Success)
As an Account Manager on the Customer Success (CS) team, you are core to the ongoing success of Interplay's small and medium business (SMB) customers.
In this role you will support SMB customers as soon as the sale is completed with a variety of roles including onboarding, support with platform utilization, renewals and expansion.
Our product: Help prepare the next generation of skilled workers with SkillMill™, the world's leading Trades training platform. Digital training simulations and VR develop on-the-job skills quickly and efficiently, preparing learners for better careers and better lives in these essential occupations.
We are based in Austin, TX but open to 100% remote candidates (work from home, WFH, virtual position)

What you'll do:
- Outreach to current customers to improve adoption, renewals and expansion
- Provide product training and problem-solving assistance to customers, including onboarding, account support, etc.
- Become an expert at connecting customer needs to Interplay capabilities
- Learn about the skilled trades field and the rapidly evolving training needs
- Work interactively with the CS team to problem-solve and develop new best practices
- Participate in special projects and assignments to help improve the customer experience

Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the SaaS world
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot and ChurnZero
- Experience managing customer renewals
