Role Purpose
As an International Account Manage you will be responsible for managing the relationship with 8-12 leading multinational organisations revolutionising how they use technology and connectivity, ensuring they are ready for today and the digital innovation of tomorrow.
Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:
- Lead account planning and strategy development for a defined portfolio of Vodafone Multinational accounts supporting and aligned to the global account plan (as defined by the Global Account Manager in collaboration with customer)
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with a focus on retaining and growing existing revenue streams (around Mobile), but identifying new business opportunities aligned with Vodafone’s Growth Engine Strategy e.g. SDWAN, Mobile Private Networks, Cloud, Security, IOT etc
- Maximises internal network within Vodafone to get results for customers and to ensure effective problem resolution and problem management
- Deliver high standards of general account management for new and existing business accounts on their premises, through our innovative technological solutions of IoT and ICT
- Ensures Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for accounts are met and exceeded
- Ability to build strong internal relationships with C suite stakeholders in support of the Global Account Plan
- Experience in consultative selling winning complex and longer sale cycle opportunities
- Experienced at developing multi-faceted relationships that enable a deep understanding of the issues and needs of our customer
- Passion for Sales and Operational excellence through continuous improvement and driving high standards
We Are Looking For You, If You Have:
- Senior sales professional with 3 years plus experience in a strategic/key sales role in a highly competitive environment
- Business acumen and leadership skills
- Understanding of ICT and digital transformation
- Strong communication/influencing skills
