Ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for Canadian government and private sector clients and new business. Must have experience with and working knowledge of GRC, SA&A, NIST, ITSG-33, SOC2 and CMM; security practitioner or civil servant background. Must have experience with and knowledge of Canadian and US procurement processes and vehicles. Must be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Hire and develop salesforce
- Develop projected quarterly sales forecasting and marketing strategy
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ Yrs experience as a Sales Manager, pref in government
- Understanding of GRC, SA&A, NIST, ITSG-33, SOC2 and CMM
- Background as a security practitioner or civil servant
- Experience and knowledge of Canadian and US procurement processes
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
