The Customer Success XaaS team is responsible for ensuring our customers who have purchased SAS strategic technology and solutions will realize value and achieve success from our business relationship. You will be part of a team that delivers personalized adoption experiences to win hearts and minds, so that our global Software as a Service customers achieve more than they thought possible with CI360 and SaaS Solutions. You will contribute to projects spanning a diverse set of technologies and industries targeted at cloud and Software as a Service offerings.
As An Intern, You Might
- Develop an understanding of the SAS products and services available to help customers adopt and leverage the software to meet their goals and business needs
- Shadow members of our leadership and Customer Success Manager and Services team
- Contribute towards revamp of departmental intranet and collaboration sites in the Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) environment (site creation, article writing, working with internal partners to designate responsible parties, data collection and analysis).
- Partner with CS team to create and refresh Customer Success team artifacts and documentation
- Help to augment what makes a customer healthy while utilizing a data-led analytical approach

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range fr om $15 – $31 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 - $49/hour for master’s/Ph. D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
