As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a key member of the Operations team.
While you are a talented Technical Account Manager who is responsible for Onboarding new customers and leading integration projects you will also act as the 2nd level tech expert for customer-support escalations. You will work closely with our CSM, dev-ops, and product teams to drive production solutions.\
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience working as an Integration Engineer, Technical Engineer, or Project Manager
- Experience providing personalized support experience with a deeper knowledge of the customer environment
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Self-motivated and directed troubleshooter with keen attention to details
- Organized and strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment and adjust to changing requirements driven by a fast-moving market
- Team player attitude
- Availability for a full-time position - work for home
- Availability to travel in the USA, Canada and South America
- Availability for 2-3 standby shifts a week as 2nd level/tier support
