ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (MISSION DRIVEN COMPANY & ROLE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the sales cycle- including aggressive prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities using a variety of sources.
- Master the ability to tell the Dazos story and how we are a game changer for the various mental health organizations we support
- Utilize a customer-focused selling process to identify needs and goals of potential customers.
- Demonstrate and present product information and features via phone, web, and onsite with prospects
- Value & Solution selling
- Partner with other teams and roles to close high-value opportunities.
- Build customer relationships to support their success, upsell, and generate referrals
- Establish relationships with behavioral health programs within the assigned territory.
- Establish outside relationships with behavioral health consultants, industry vendors and medical professionals..
- Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly targets and goals.
- Utilize our CRM to internally track all activities
- Interest in the mental health space and/or in helping people
WHO YOU ARE:
- 2-4+ years of successful quota carrying sales experience in SaaS
- Successful business development background generating leads
- Willingness to lean in on heavy outbound prospecting
- Experience selling into health related vertical and/or experience with mental health and/or addiction recovery is helpful but not required
- Master negotiator & closer
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Curiosity, ability to listen, desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and mentality
- Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated
- Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Resilient, doesn’t give up easily
- Interest in the mental health space and/or in helping people
- Experience with LinkedIn and email sequences
WORKING & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Ability to travel up to 20% in assigned territory and industry events and conferences.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
