We're looking for a Sr. Tech CSM with a B2B marketing operations background. You are the one if you have a strong empathy for customers and passion for making them successful as their trusted advisor. This position is instrumental in the Customer Success organization and requires strong leadership skills to drive strategic internal projects and coach other team members.

Responsabilities
- Lead the relationship for Enterprise accounts and top PLG brands
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with full responsibility for customer lifecycle from onboarding and adoption to the renewal phase
- Partner with Madkudu customers to get full value out of Madkudu platform including leveraging the marketing ops best practices and by driving implementation and adoption of various cross-funnel use cases successfully.
- Create and maintain a trusted partner relationship with customers, working with both C-Level executives for driving long-term strategic objectives and with marketing ops and demand gen teams for near-term roadmap and priorities.
- Lead strategic meetings and Executive Business Reviews to share tactical advice.
- Own and lead Customer Success and cross-department transformative initiatives that will enable to scale the company
- Coach the other team members on best practices and provide guidance to other CSMs as needed
- Coordinate with the Professional Services team to provide tailored expert recommendations.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally to MadKudu for best client experience
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in Marketing B2B industry or similar background as a consultant, CSM or an account manager for Enterprise level Clients
- Experience working in Marketing, implementation or Customer Success for a deeply technical product and for a start up (less than 100 employees)
- Proven track record or leading cross-functional transformative projects and successfully coaching other team members on these initiatives
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals and expectations (NRR, renewals or other...)
- Strong understanding of Marketing, demand-gen and CRM technologies in B2B SaaS
- Strong domain expertise in Marketing and Sales operations
- Experience with SQL
