GaggleAMP is a fast-growing Employee Advocacy company that provides innovative solutions for digital marketing and social media amplification. We seek an experienced Account Executive to join our team and help us propel our growth and sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals by successfully creating new relationships through inbound and outbound sales efforts and working with Customer Success to expand existing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline, working closely with marketing and business development teams to identify and qualify new leads.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce GaggleAMP's products and services.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of GaggleAMP's solutions.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales projections.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handoff of new clients and help maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure GaggleAMP maintains a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B technology company
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven experience using CRM and Call Recording platforms
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
