This is a customer facing role that will involve interfacing with key stakeholders at prospects as well as delivering thought leader content via conference presentations and other media channels.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to assess and understand relevant customer business challenges and present solutions in business and technical terms.
- Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions
- Familiarity with key processes relevant to Life Science R&D teams focused on data analysis, data cleaning/reconciliation, submissions prep (specifically data management, biostatistics), clinical data analysis
- Familiarity with data coming from clinical trial source systems such as EDC, CTMS, ePRO, IXRS, Lab systems
- Results-oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge and needs minimal support and direction.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary Saama single point of contact for your Customer with full accountability and empowerment for the delivery of all contracted Saama deliverables.
- Based on your Customer feedback, provide actionable insight and guidance to current and future Saama product capabilities and participate in internal roadmap review forums.
- Provide internal leadership and support for driving continual process improvement across the full Product Delivery organization with a keen focus on improving our customer delivery process.
- Partner with Product Management to help align real-world customer feedback with the product roadmap
- Meet with prospects and customers as a subject matter expert to provide thought leadership by articulating product value proposition in business terms.
- Lead value-engineering activities to help present a business case and ROI to prospects to convey value delivered using Saama solutions.
Education and Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience working on Clinical Trials and supporting technologies.
- Bachelors or Masters in related technical or business degree with 6+ years of industry experience
