Chapman Tate Associates is hiring for a Customer Success Manager based in United States-East Coast .You’ll be a part of fast growing network security vendor with headquarters in US named one of Info Security's 2021 Winners for their security products.
As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with a company's products or services, and they work to develop long-term relationships with those customers within designated region.
The role:
- Building relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport through effective communication, regular check-ins, and providing support and guidance as needed.
- Understanding customer needs and have a deep understanding of their customers' businesses and needs in order to anticipate issues and proactively provide solutions.
- Onboarding new customers: ensure a smooth onboarding process, including training and support.
- Driving adoption:help customers fully adopt and use the company's products or services, identifying areas where customers may need additional support or training.
- Analyzing customer data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure that customer needs are being met and that the company is delivering a high level of customer service.
- Developing customer success strategies
Your Experience:
- 3+ years in Customer Success role with a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of Customers within designated market
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues independently
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent planning and organizational skills
- Escalation Management Experience
- QBR Experience
- Network Security or Cyber Security background
