Voucherify is looking for an experienced, proactive sales professional as a US-based Junior Sales Development Representative (Remote).
Voucherify is a growing SaaS company that supplies vibrant startups and global brands with a comprehensive API-first promotion engine, enabling their digital teams to power coupon, referral, and loyalty marketing campaigns. Our MACH-certified technology makes it easier for companies to implement, manage and analyze promotional campaigns while allowing for smooth integration with their existing e-commerce architecture, data sources, and customer touchpoints. This helps our customers increase acquisition and retention rates without the burden of complex software development.
As a bootstrapped company, we enjoy autonomy and work hand-in-hand with business. Our customer base consists mainly of large e-commerce companies, including retail, DTC, food delivery, travel, and hospitality. About the role:
As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you will play an essential role along the sales cycle with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to demonstrate all the capabilities Voucherify product offers to our customers. We are a relatively small company in headcount but have a global reach. Thus, you can expect this role to be a pragmatic, hands-on experience allowing you to impact the business. Some of your responsibilities will include the following:
- Working closely with our US-based Account Executive in the process of acquiring leads in the upper midmarket and enterprise segment.
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities across a dedicated territory.
- Conducting research, identifying key players, and qualifying leads to drive new business relationships.
- Managing the lead pipeline and acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
- Maintaining and updating our CRM data.
- Driving value for our customers by translating their use cases into effective use of our leading promotion engine.
- Identifying opportunities to expand our partnership network and increase Voucherify’s exposure to the NA market.
About You:
- You have already gained some professional experience in a comparable business development position, preferably in B2B sales processes in the SaaS environment, ideally in e-commerce.
- You have experience in working with CRM systems and ticket systems.
- You have some knowledge of SaaS solutions or a pronounced affinity for the IT sector.
- You are enthusiastic about the digital environment and e-commerce.
- You are an open, communicative, and team-oriented personality.
- You enjoy networking and communicate confidently with decision-makers at eye level.
- Ability to set priorities, drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues.
- You have a structured way of working and solution-oriented thinking.
