Job Description: The Account Executive, Tech & Dev SMB Sales will drive top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of our Tech & Dev Solutions line footprint within our existing SMB account base. The successful Account Executive will have a track record of over-quota achievement and will grow an ambitious pipeline of business through outbound prospecting, creativity, and simple hard work. Sell our vast Tech & Dev Solutions line directly to SMB customers and prospects. This will require the ability to navigate through complex organizations and sell to multiple decision-makers.
Must Haves
- 2+ years of SaaS account executive experience
- Strong lead generating and customer acquisition experience

- Competitor companies: NetComm, New Horizons, Pluralsight, United Training

- Experience and knowledge of solution based selling
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling and closing business for all types of products that are offered, including Private Delivery, Open Enrollment, Subscriptions and Prepays
- Achieving targeted new pipeline, sales activity and quota goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for assigned territory
- Establish and grow a presence within a set list of accounts or region
- Serve as the leader of the POD and work with members of the POD to create a strategic plan for growth within account base
- Utilize provided tools within a recommended cadence to increase growth within accounts and the territory as whole. These include Sales Intel, LinkedIn, CRM, Spend Reports, Sales Plays, etc.
- Effectively use the CRM for pipeline development, activity management, opportunity management and forecasting
- Execute the Solution Selling process with all product types
- Creating an effective “hand off” system to Customer Success Manager to ensure that customers are onboarded and taken care of post-sale
