We are looking for a talented Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team, and provide in-depth technical knowledge, support during sale cycles, customer proof of concepts, and customer onboarding. You must be super customer-centric and a collaborative person to ensure every customer feels at home.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support for qualified opportunities and POC process
- Collaborate with founding team to plan and implement sales strategies to win business
- Deliver technical presentations of the offering to new potential customers
- A strong understanding of how Security and IT programs work for enterprises - domain expertise
- Stay on top of the CRM, scheduling, and customer relationship as well as be engaged with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering
- Remain up-to-date on DoControl’s solutions and product releases
- Collaborate with sales to achieve revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role
- 2+ years of cybersecurity sales engineering or related engineering experience
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and continuously re-prioritize while maintaining a constant focus on the sales process
- Passion about technology & cloud / cybersecurity
- Outstanding presentation skills, focusing on dialogue rather than monologue; and, combining technology with real customer value
- Potential travel in 2022 after COVID travel restrictions are lifted and business needs arise
- Hands On CASB / CSPM / SIEM / SASE / IDP / Cloud Security experience is a plus
- Excited to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
