Job Title: Sales Director - Proptech Company
Overview:
Our proptech company is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the proptech industry. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, managing the sales team, and ensuring we meet and exceed our sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the company, working closely with the executive team to align sales goals with overall business objectives
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance goals, providing coaching and training, and ensuring accountability for results
- Drive new business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the proptech industry
- Use data and analytics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement, regularly reporting on progress and making data-driven recommendations to the executive team
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, create campaigns and generate leads
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in proptech or related industries
- Experience managing and leading sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
