About the role
Transforming how the art world works online starts with you. As a Client Account Executive on our Expansion Team your primary responsibility will be to increase annual recurring revenue through existing client add-ons, upsells and upgrades - with a goal of increasing product stickiness and adoption across our existing client base. You will also be responsible for managing and limiting contraction through downgrades.
About you

- Well-spoken, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality. A client-centric approach, able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Good analytical ability and a natural desire to improve your methodologies and processes.
- Strong desire to learn and to accept input from your fellow team members. Must also know when to ask for help or guidance.
- High integrity and trustworthiness, with a faultless attitude towards security and the protection of data.
- Good industry knowledge of key artists, art galleries, sales platforms, art fairs, and our competitors. Experience working in the art business is certainly helpful but not essential.
- Passion for technology advancements and a high degree of computer literacy, familiarity with Mac OSX and iOS, and detailed knowledge of art world-specific databases.
Key responsibilities
- Processing upsell, cross-sell and add-on requests from long term clients.
- Identifying opportunities for expansion using Pendo and Hubspot.
- Working with management to create strategies and to devise tailored email sequences and templates.
- Working with the Marketing Team to create resources to drive leads including webinars and other similar content.
- Handling downgrades requests from clients with an aim to limit and report on contraction.
- Working with Account Managers on the Client Liaison Team to identify leads and agree the most appropriate ways to approach expansion discussions.
- Working with management to identify key points in the customer journey that are appropriate for expansion activities and building the required strategies to do so.
- Corresponding with clients over email, video call, telephone and in-person, informing them of the benefits that the Artlogic suite of services has to offer, and addressing any/all inquiries.
