We are working with a fast growing AgriTech company in the UK who are seeking a Sales Director, reporting to C-level of a larger group who are backing this venture.
This organisation are devising new and novel tech solutions for the growing domain and, with ambitious plans for UK and global expansion, need an experienced individual with a sales background who can steer this ship and open new doors.
With a small but capable sales team already in place, you will be responsible for personnel management, overall Sales strategy and direction, and rolling your sleeves up and getting directly involved in the sales process when appropriate!
You will need to have a background in sales in the Agriculture / Growing sector, ideally with experience selling new and disruptive tech solutions and services, and a track record of leadership. Exposure to emerging areas of the crop growing world, such as Vertical Farming, Controlled Environment Agriculture, etc, would be highly beneficial!
