Job Description
- Develop sales strategy, hunt for new clientele and manage large key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximising IT sales opportunities within them.
- Managing entire sales cycle i.e. lead generation, prospecting, sales presentation & proposal submission, negotiation & closure to agreement sign up
- Reach (or exceed!) company monthly and annual revenue targets
- Help prospective customers and partners to understand the power of Multi- Cloud Platform, consulting on how it will help them achieve their business goals, explaining technical features, and problem-solving key technical issues
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Identify new potential opportunities in the areas of IT solution, services and staffing in the US market
- Deliver sales, fulfil individual set sales target and develop own network of clients
- Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Your Background & Exposure
- Atleast 8+ years of experience in IT Service/Solution industry catering to large industry and fortune 500 customers, Preferably in a front line sales role selling technology - specifically software, SaaS, Analytics, BPM or IT services
- Passionate, persuasive, articulate Cloud professional capable of quickly establishing interest and credibility
- Comfortable working in an all-hands start-up environment - owning a project, wearing many hats to get the job done, attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Strong work ethic, track record of high productivity and sales achievement
- Experience in staffing exposure is added advantage.
