Base: $75,000-$100,000
OTE: $150,000 - 200,000

What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for helping expand our client base and increasing revenue in the gifting and swag sector. Qualified candidates will have proven success managing the sales cycle from prospect to close and proven success working directly with various levels of enterprise-level corporate clientele. You will create and execute strategies to develop business with new and existing partners while demonstrating company core values. You are a motivated self-starter with at least five years of experience in consultative solutions-based selling or similar. You are a leader who is excited to hire, develop, and build a sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Help build a strategy to target new clientele
- Identifying and prospecting key decision makers to understand their specific needs
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound multi-channel outreach
- Manage and grow existing clients and partnerships
- Work closely with our team to understand, develop, and drive new leads
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Breathe the company values and mission as the go-to sales figure for the organization
- Understands market trends and company capabilities
- Build and manage marketing campaigns and outreach cadance
- Manage CRM to track and report ongoing business development efforts
- As the company scales, hire and lead a team of sales reps
Qualifications:
- 5+ years working experience in business development, sales or a relevant role
- 2+ years of success leading and/or managing a sales team
- Experience leading and growing a sales team
- Background in B2B sales
- Proven sales track record to meet and exceed goals/quota
- Experience developing clients and negotiating deals
- Strong ability to listen, understand and sell to the client needs
- BA/BS degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize and shift focus as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can easily build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong executive presence
- Proficiency in Google suite and CRM software (e.g. Copper)
- Ability to travel for in-person client meetings in addition to holding video conversations
