We are tackling a $30B+ market opportunity, and we're assembling a world-class team to help us get there. We're looking for a Sales Development Rep to join the team that is excited about growing their career in sales and wants to make an impact with a hyper-growth startup.
What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
- Drive a high volume of prospect outreach through phone, email, and social media
- Qualify leads through the sales process from MQL stage through to SQL stage
- Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly goals
- Leverage our sales development methodology and best practices
- Manage, nurture and grow a pipeline of sales qualified prospects
- Research technical buyers to deliver contextual emails and cold calls
- Maintain and update records within our CRM to reflect relevant research and activities
- Follow-up on leads quickly and within designated timeframes
- Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns
- Help with list building and other research projects
- Constantly participate in training to improve your knowledge and skills
Who You Are (Skills):
- 1+ years in a sales focused role
- Superior communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Possess a strong phone presence and ability to articulate business problems and solutions
- Organized, reliable, and consistent at following up on action items
- Comfortable and confident engaging with very technical decision-makers
- Keen situational awareness during all potential customer interactions
- Highly inquisitive and persistent nature
- High energy towards achieving results and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
