The Job
As a Customer Success Manager at a small company, you will report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for initiating, onboarding, and managing relationships with our B2B clients under our reseller program. Our ideal client has past experience working in sales, and has great organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle initial inbound Zoom calls with individuals or businesses interested in our reseller program
- Manage relationships with B2B clients, from onboarding and onwards
- Create spreadsheets and reports based on reseller payment activity and operations
- Work with accounting department to send invoices to customers on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Experience in sales
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent English spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Legally able to work in US
- Optionally, past experience working in Merchant Accounts or Payment Processing spaces
Compensation
- Salary dependent on experience and qualifications
- 3% commission on customer accounts that you manage

The Company
Hare Media Group is a data company. We provide both businesses and consumers with information retrieval and reporting services. Our primary markets are people search, reverse phone lookups, vehicle history reports, and property records. While we do provide reports, that doesn't make us a consumer reporting or credit agency (under FCRA). Our mission is to provide easy access to public records at a reasonable cost.
HMG was officially founded in March of 2021, but the original startup was founded in early 2019. While Hare Media Group is still a small company (less than 20 employees as of January 2022), it would be inaccurate to call us a startup. We are a profitable company with strong financials, that was bootstrapped entirely by founders, with no outside investment. Right now, we're working to scale from 15M AAR to 50M AAR.
