You will manage all aspects of the customer relationship and daily interactions. Implement, lead, or support customer action calls, customer visits, complaint resolution, etc.
** Bachelor's degree & working onsite is required**
Strong Aerospace industry and program knowledge required; 5+ years minimum of customer-facing work experience with a proven ability to deliver results.
Demonstrated success leading a team without direct reports; presentation skills
Good understanding of the strategic sales process.
Understands the culture of the company as it relates to Business Development, Program Management, Problem Solving, and Customer Support.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing customer demands
Tech savvy and competency in Microsoft Office programs and web maintenance systems.
**this role is to primarily capture 1-2 new customers and then manage the new programs from capture through development and into sustainment**
