Your Roles & Duties:
- Develop and maintain close business relationships with the customer, at all levels.
- Maintain an understanding of the customer technical and delivery environment, communicating context and background to internal stakeholders.
- Use creative strategies to help customers maximize the value of the Instaclustr platform and services.
- Accessing/coordinating Instaclustr internal SMEs to provide high-quality advice.
- Raise and track customer-specific feature requests with Product Management team, including preparing SOWs.
- Monitor and report on all interactions between Instaclustr and Customer.
- Answering tickets and technical questions where appropriate. Facilitating "office hours" and regular business reviews.
- Preparing regular account reports and participating in Account Strategy activities.
Skills & Experience Required:
- An ability to identify client requirements and pain points and prescribe solutions to meet them.
- Technical aptitude. The willingness and ability to understand how our platform works.
- Demonstrated Project Management / Business Analyst skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experienced working with all levels of an organization
- Prior experience in SaaS / PaaS company is favorable
- North America based

Education & Experience:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience and Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience

USA Residents Only: The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations is $119900 – $191400. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidates such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset, and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA, and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
