Kelly Telecom is growing! We're looking for a Senior Account Manager OR Director of Sales (Depending on Years of Experience) to join our team. Ideally, the manager would like this person to be based in Chicago and have a presence in the Chicago office every couple of weeks.
- Work closely with the recruiting teams to ensure timely deployment of top talent to the client
- Build and prioritize strategic target client/contact lists
- Schedule meetings through cold calling and thoughtful outreach
- Qualify new opportunities by identifying key decision makers, stakeholders, and overall scope of projects
- Achieve monthly objectives by closing new business consistently at or above revenue goals
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from introduction to ongoing account expansion
- Network and maintain relationships with key clients and talent communities for short/long term opportunities
- High School diploma/GED is required; Degree is preferred
- 5+ years sales experience in staffing or solution industry
- For Director level position, 7+ years of experience
- Experience in the Tech arena (i.e. – Telecom, IT, etc.)
- A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts
