- Purpose of the role: Performs a role of providing commercial support and assistance to the product management and pro services teams. The position can be remote, and will require
- or greater travel. The company headquartered is Danbury CT
Pre-sales
- Accompanies the sales team throughout the sales cycle in the presentation, promotion, and commercialization of the offer (demonstrations and POCs, highlighting solution value proposition)
- Analyzes the needs of the client and then designs the most appropriate technical solution: analysis and documentation of technical specifications
- Develops a technical proposal in the case of complex solutions: choice of solution components
- Ensures the technical feasibility and deployment of the solution: validation of the client data, communication, resource availability, deployment schedule
- Keeps abreast of technological and economic market trends, and occasionally participates in professional fairs and conferences
- Submit orders for licenses, SaaS or specific developments done for a client or partners
ProService/PLM
- Manages projects in cooperation with internal and external customers and partners, in NA
- Setup Proof of Concept environment in collaboration with the proservices team
- Participates in the technical management of solution integration projects
- Collaborate with the PLM team to provide feedback on solution features and market trends learned from interactions with clients.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
MINIMUM:
- Previous experience working within a Software pre-sales position, Proservices, Engineering or Product management with a minimum of 5 years' related experience in this role.
- Previous experience in the print and mail software industry with knowledge of industry trends and document management solutions.
- A good understating of IT infrastructure including networking, servers, cloud-based deployment and VM.
- A focus on client experience.
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years' related experience
- Extensive experience designing, scoping, and documenting comprehensive projects.
- Experience with BlueCrest partners, clients, or other industry providers of these solutions.
- Knowledge and experience with BlueCrest or BlueCrest like solutions.
- Experience in solutions delivery, project management.
- Preferred central remote location, with easy access to a hub airport to quick travel to anywhere in NA.
