We are an early-stage company looking for an experienced Saas sales professional with entrepreneurial spirit to join our Business Development team. You will be responsible for developing and closing on target accounts throughout the United States. You may be located anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities: Prospect into targeted enterprise accounts in North America. Build a pipeline, accurately forecast and meet your numbers. Use HubSpot for pipeline management (CRM). Negotiate and close business through online meetings, phone, and in person meetings. Engage customers with clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication. Learn and communicate Botco.ai products to prospects and customers. Develop an expertise for target industries that Botco.ai has a footprint in like Healthcare, Call Centers, Personal care services and franchises, High Tech, Hospitality and actively tailor solutions to those customers.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate has 3-5 years sales experience in high tech—preferably in the SaaS sector in healthcare. Skills in AI are a plus. Demonstrated history of consistent sales achievement over target and successfully selling enterprise accounts. Consistent track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. Demonstrated success with CMO and multi-level selling. Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships Knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services. Professional in appearance with solid business acumen and the ability to present and negotiate Strong time management, ability to multi-task, takes initiative and follows through. Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
