Henderson Scotts Software Vendor Practice have been engaged by a Hyper Growth Series B Devops Vendor who are looking to scale their USA Sales team by hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow, scale and build the East Coast regions. The business has raised over $100M in VC Funding and is at the forefront of Devops, this role reports into the VP Sales and although it is an individual contributor position to start it can morph into leadership over time.
The role offers an OTE north of $300k on a 50-50 split, alongside meaningful benefits and equity that will be worth a life changing amount of money in the future.

What you'll be doing
As a new SaaS company, our initial market approach will be remote sales focused, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle for prospective customers. This includes conducting outbound prospecting, taking warm inbound leads, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Business Operation space. Some of your roles will be:
- Acquire new leads from incoming marketing lead flow
- Develop new leads through outbound prospecting
- Manage relationships with new and existing customers, assisting them in their onboarding and growth processes
- Manage your opportunity pipeline to meet and exceed your quota
- Work closely with Customer Success group to help existing customer to grow
- Work with Product and RnD on customers' feedback

Skills and experience
- 4-6 years of customer facing roles
- Experience working for SaaS B2B companies
- Must have experience working on complicated technical products
- Experience working with technical teams on the customer side (developers, technical IT teams, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience interacting with Product/Engineering teams
